this trade is being voided. owner made a bad trade and then left

Frank….i honor the opinion and it’s sad that owner left the team….but how come this is bad trade but trade before this for 7 yr CB for similar price is good trade ?

If you reverse than I will ask both trade to be voided not just pick and choose

I gotta agree with hk here. The corner is a 4th year guy with incredible physical stats and not great but not horrible cover stats to Cairo which was a playoff team. It seems pretty fair to me. And he left from the league glitching not from some bad trade.

the Trident/Deities trade was evaluated and considered for veto when it took place. i dont like vetoing trades. at the time i figured the Deities were going "all in" after their success last season, therefore no veto

the vetoed Rajwadi/Deities stuck out to me for three reasons:

1) trade included a first and a second pick

2) owner abandoned the team after trade

3) the numbers were unbalanced. i am currently unable to see the values of future Deities draft picks, however, by my estimates, the numbers could have been off by as much as 1000 or as little as 16. e.g. Deities are currently 25th in power rankings. the 1000 number comes from the value of equivelant picks from the Spires (closely ranked at 24th) and the 16 number comes from the Manta Rays (ranked 13th) who, for some reason, have the least possible value on their picks - the lowest a first rounder in upcoming draft can be worth is 551. the equivelant in Lions picks (ranked #1!, LAGOS!!) would equal a difference of 227

let us compare the main players in each trade

CB Trimble boomed out of the gate and is still going. he has 16 Int and a respectful Alld% of 54 over the last 4 seasons. safe to assume he has about three seasons of prime play ahead of him

CB Jones has been busting since he was a rookie and has 2 Int in his career. last season he had a lousy Alld% of 68. he has about 6 seasons left in the tank

if Rajwadi/Deities trade happened before the other i would have likely vetoed the Trident/Deities, but thats not they way the cookie crumbled

to be clear, never will i "go back" to veto another trade due to an owner pointing out "unfairness"......... that would set a terrible precedent

apologies if you feel my decisions are not fair. i can assure you that i do my best to make decisions that mutually benefit the entirety of the league. some decisions are easier than others but my goal is clear......thats why i get paid the big bucks :)

Pernbronze…..you are one of the long timer and great owner to compete with…..while I will always hold that my trade is fair compared to to Trimble trade…specially given Trimble will retire in 2 years…..I will survive ….so please stay don’t leave….

I will honor the Commish decision and will move forward with my opinion voiced….

Please stay this is good league and we need good owners …..one vetoed trade should not change that

Frank I respect your decision but will always voice my opinion….specially if I feel trade was not that bad to be vetoed.

While your assessment on player maybe correct but there is also 2 points you missed

Trimble is 7th year Vet and we all know CB will retire post 8th or max 9th season so he is no more than 2 year rental for 1st and 3rd pick

Jones’ while may not have same stat has speed and is 4th player with 4-5 years plus trade had 2nd year DT also included

Every owner play differently so can’t look at stats alone as none of Rajwadi players are even leaders but we field a great team year on year….biggest proof Chilli Wang drafted by Rajwadi to mediocre stats traded and now been ruling that league as offensive star for 3 years in raw…

Let’s agree to disagree but with Respect…. YOU Are Best Commish and will respect your decision and will move forward to another winning season at Rajwadi
