I think DT Michael Swoope (OXF) should be involved in the conversation for Defensive rookie of the year. Tied for the most sacks with 8 (3 more than the next best DT) add to that 10 hurries and forcing and recovering a fumble. He led the team with 1,138 snaps and only missed 4 tackles and was not called for a single penalty all season.

Harry Valenti is the CB1 for the Power. He covered the best receiver on the field every game. He tallied 67 tackles and was targeted 95 times. He knocked down 32 of the targets, intercepted 9 passes, and only allowed 30 catches (41.1%).

To me it's between wenzel (my preference) and the cb. The RB wasn't that good with a 3.4 average. The qbs are part of a pack of guys with various merits. The CB however managed 9 picks and an incredibly low catch average. He's head and shoulders above his peers with only one cb saying I'm almost as good. Then the WR who is the only 1000 yard receiver and had 2 more TDs than any wr with 11 while averaging over 20 yards per catch and only 1 drop and a catch % over 90. He's just way way better than any other receiver so I gotta give him the nod.

okay. i present to you the 2069 Ultimate Legends RO MVP candidates

QB William Cutting Chicago Butchers - threw for a league leading 3689 yards while also leading the league in yards per attempt with 7.36. he had a completion percentage of 73.7 which is just .3% behind the league leader. his 17 touchdowns was good enough for third and he only threw 7 interceptions. his QB rating was 99.63, good for third in the league. unfortunately, his efforts were not enough to get Chicago into the post season

WR Humberto Wenzel Athens Owls - led the league in total touchdowns, receiving yards (only player with 1000+ yards receiving) & yards per reception (20.9) while dropping only one pass leading to an impressive reception percentage of 90.9 (targeted 55 times, 50 catches). this equates to just shy of 19 yards per target! unfortunately, his efforts were not enough to lead the Owls to the post season

QB Robert Williams Buenos Aires Gauchos - led the league in QB rating with 104.55(only player 100+). he boasted a completion percentage of 73.9with 16 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions. his yards per attempt was 7.23 and good for second in the league. he was only sacked twice during a season that he led the Gauchos to a league best 14-2 record and top seed in the New World conference.

RB Winston Arriola Athens Owls - is the second nominee from the Owls. he led the league in rushing touchdowns, was one of three running backs to achieve 1300 yards on the ground. he added 300 yards receiving for 1601 total yards, which was good for fifth in the league. despite his high volume of touches, he only fumbled 4 times. unfortunately, his efforts were not enough to lead the Owls to the postseason.

CB Harry Valenti Calgary Power - led the league in both knockdowns and interceptions. he recorded three interceptions in a single game on two occasions. his catch allowed percentage was 41% and he was the only defender to allow less than 42% with 90+ thrown ats. unfortunately, his efforts were not enough to lead the Power to the post season

QB Robert Williams Buenos Aires Gauchos

Had best QBR by far in league .. also had the best TD/INT ratio of +12 (16 td - 4 int) 4th most TD even though far less attempts then the players ahead of him on the list. Completion percentage 3rd .. which is deceiving .. 73.9 while 1st was a tie at 74.0 so 0.1% behind league leaders. Playing QB with numbers like that and to throw in best record in league .. no question who the MVP should be. Also only candidate to make playoffs That should be a big factor on the decision

Robert Williams was my second. seems that the starting QB for the best team is always a candidate

i love how owners are parading their players for mvp consideration...shows that they have pride in their teams...nothing wrong with that
