RB Wesley Vaughn before week 8
if he was a good kick holder he would be signed for life. the Lions best and only kick holder worth a **** is
QB Tito Santana, so he has to stay as back up QB. Vaughn was a QB, but he was recently transitioned to RB since he has respectable RB attributes. 100 fumble avoidance, 100 break tackle and 100 ball carrying is nothing to scoff at and is even more impressive when paired with his 98 pass accuracy. however, he is projected to be RB4 on current roster
the Lions are shopping him aggressively because he has a hidden value
QBs do not get injured very often, hence the value of a back up QB is decreased. however, i am sure that everyone feels more comfortable with a back up QB in place. what Vaughn can do is open up a roster spot on your team. if you can trust him as a RB3, then he can easily be plugged into QB2 as well
