By frank - League Admin

Since our active and awesome Commish is busy making money so he can retire.... I will try my best to give analysis of the 1st round... (I am not well spoken or politically correct like him but will try to stay neutral on my view :).... )

1-1 HAV - Harlem Tate, LB He is what you call Total Football Player ... he has all the tools, stats and experience needed to be the leader of the Defense for next decade but still was mild surprise to be picked 1st overall...as there was Shackelton who is absolutely locked to be #1 pick.... Great need/talent based pick by Hav's this will set tone for the Defense for next decade as he is not only talented but high character guy from midwest college. Grade - A

1-2 BRS - Ingio Montaya, LB Another kool named great Football player with all the needed attributes to be successful Defensive leader..another hardworking midwest high character guy... who will lead the key position for BRS for next decade but he will have to adjust to NFL speed...this pick continues small slide for Shackelton who was ready to celebrate being #1 pick. Grade - A-

1-3 GYQ - E.Shackelton, WR/RB He is the rare talent who has all attribute that you can dream...he can play WR/RB and his speed will only improve... he will cause match up issue for opposing Defense and he will be locked to be Rookie of the Year but he has to keep his head in game and not worry about being passed as #1 pick.... if he can keep the chip on shoulder and channel that energy on the field he will be the monster for next decade. Grade - A+*

1-4 SHI M.Cady, DL While the whole glamor went to Shackelton as the sure shot #1 pick .... he just keep proving that he is deserving Top 5 pick who may deserve to be #1 pick.... only thing hurt him was that he played in small school so was not much hyped or noticed till combined. He will need some time to adjust to NFL game but he is complete DL and can play pretty much any position on the Defense... Pirates just found the Leader for their Defense. Grade A+

1-5 PHI S.Plissken, RB He is great player but bit slow 1st step but great combination of running skills with sure hand... He may need right support and system around him to succeed but can for sure pound the rock forward every down... He was bit of the reach at the Top 5 pick when Blevin was still on board but overall good player who may have to learn to live with pressure of being Top 5 pick.. Grade - B (He will be A rated player but graded B as he was picked bit early as the Top 5 pick)

1-6 CAL C.Blevins, S - Calgary traded to move up in the draft but never dreamed that Blevin will slide to #6... he is gift to any secondary and will have chance to lead this Defense for decade, he just need to put his work and focus on football as there is knock on him that he is good when is focused but tend to take plays off here and there. Great talent need right coaching and mentoring but can be shut down DB... Grade A-*

1-7 MCX C.Rios, LB There was pre-draft rumors that Mexico has fall in love with this West cost kid post his performance at combine.... he is another great character guy in this LB rich draft allowing most team to find captain of their Defense.... he is more of tweener and marked as SS/LB so it will be interesting to see how he transition his game to next level but great pick overall as I am sure he will get chance to be groomed properly before unleashed. Grade - A-

1-8 LGS - M.Midway, C This was bit of the surprise pick as Midway was heavily courted and almost sure to be picked by Rajwadi with their 9th pick.. and Lions were mostly going with skilled player..... he is Rock Solid OL from South Florida.... he will Not only lead the OL but that team for next decade. He is what you call complete football player who will not only be leader on field but also will be community leader.... Grade - A+

1-9 BRS S.Adams, C Rajwadi was totally focused on Midway with their 9th pick to the point that they never attended any other workout.... so this created bit of the situation where they quickly had to trade out of this spot.....BRS got the pick and was sure going to pick QB - Hayesworth but then again one more trade was announced between BRS and RAJ which changed the total picture and BRS decide to pick the Lead Protector of their newly acquired QB.... Adam is good skilled player matter of fact he was the lead OL who opened the running lanes for Shackelton at Texas so he will be just fine in NFL.... Grade - A

1-10 DUB T.Kingsley, RB This draft is filled with hardworking Midwest talent.. another good bruising RB from the small school... he is good complete player who will need a good line to open the hole as he is not that quick but he makes it up with strength to carry defender with him for extra couple of yard post initial contact... Grade - B+

1-11 VAN V. Haynesworth, QB Wow...they say patience is virtue of all success and things always unfold as they suppose too... VAN almost acquired QB from RAJ.... and BRS almost locked into Haynesworth with the acquired 1-9 pick ...but a quick 2nd trade changed the total story where S.William went to BRS and VAN found themselves in position to select V.Haynesworth. He is great talent and new age running QB who will need right coach/system and time to groom... he will need 1-2 season of grooming to be successful QB... it will be interesting to see how he translate his game to NFL ... Grade B+

1-12 CRO H.Simpson, CB He is the small school kid with blazing speed and carry coolest name ever in the NFL....he will always be threat to blanket opposing WR... given that he has not faced big college opponents it will take him time and good coaching to translate his game to NFL but he has speedy to build up... Grade B

1-13 YKN V.Capone, DT Another small school kid who has mostly been ignored but by the attribute, stats and potential he should be Top 10 pick so he was bit of the gift that YKN got... he will be the key addition to nasty Defensive Front who will not allow opposing RB any space to run... great character guy with wrong name :)..... Grade A

1-14 SPX M.Manson, WR he is speedster who with good height and attribute to be great WR at next level but only knock on him is that he does not put his efforts to be the best... so if he get his head in right place and give all he got than he will be great else he will be speedster..... Grade B-

1-15 YKN R.Pilkins, LB He is the undersized guy with great heart and talent.....all his life he has proven doubters wrong and he will again have same pressure with talk about his lack of size but like always if he focus on field and just ignore the noise then he has potential to succeed and be 10 year starter in NFL.... another good pick by YKN.... Grade B+

1-16 JAK B.Vance, DT - He is the kid who rose quickly in the first round post great combine but he has never put it all together on field in college and has always been off radar but great combine with good potential has put this kid in the position... he will need right coaching and mentoring...as he has potential to be monster on the DL but he can easily be the bust if he does not put his talent to use on the field. Grade C+ (hope I am proven wrong on it)

1-17 ULA - R.Daniels, DL One more midwest hard working... high character good prospect.... he has all the tools and stats to continue the success in NFL. He just need to keep working hard and not rely on his physical attribute to always carry him to success as next level is hard... but he can do it. Grade B

1-18 TJN R.Dean, SS He is has it all speed, physical attribute and heart to go cover any one on the field ... only knack on him is that he does tend to get lost in the coverage of a good route running WR..... he will need some coaching and time to adjust to NFL but talent and attitude is there just need to put all together. Grade B+

1-19 SPX M.Lowrey, SS He is kid with good decent speed and skills..... but has been tease as he has all and shows his potential here and there but never been consistent plus he has been very hesitant to hard tackle his opponents in college so he will need right coach to fix his mechanic and have good camp but there is potential... Grade B

1-20 CHI S.Hiller, LB He is good talent with speed and potential but he was bit of the reach as he is more of lower 1st /early 2nd talent..... but in the right team and given time to groom which he will get with the team that selected him.. he can be great starter in 1-2 years..... Grade B

1-21 ROS - C.Muhammad, SS He is great character kids from good program .... has all the tool except pure speed...but he does make it up with gamely speed..... he will just need to continue to stay focused and keep doing what has made him successful till now to have long and successful NFL career... Grade B+

1-22 RAJ - D.Spooner, FS This kid is a football junkie.... and being at small school has allowed him chance to play pretty much every position not he defense...... so while its good that he is jack of all trade... hope he will put his mind and focus on being master of one... if Raj coaches can get him focused and work on sharpening his skills than you will have one **** of the football player who can start for decade else you will have jack of all trade back up with great special team potential..... grade B

1-23 JOH - C.Ali, DE He is decent talent which will check off all boxes ... decent attribute, decent potential... good college ....who will translate his game as the non glamour 8-10 year starter in NFL.... so overall non flashy but good pick. Grade B

1-24 YKN - O.Itto, QB He is small college kid with flash of potential but has never faced with real competition so he will need good coaching and camp and than couple of years of grooming before we will see his real value..... he will be boom or bust pick of the draft.... Grade C+

1-25 LIS J.Hancock, RB One more bruising back...with decent speed and big heart.... he is high character kid who will rally his teammate to support him to succeed .... He will need good OL to help him open lanes but overall good pick late in 1st round. Grade B

1-26 HOU H.Brogan,FS He is kid from big school who has performed well.... he has decent attribute and potential to carry this forward at the next level.. People always has attributed his success to the program but he has played his heart out and will continue that journey with the chance to be leader of the Defense with Rodeo.... Grade B+

1-27 RAJ C.Gardner, SS He is football monster at college... he has been punishing opposing WR/RB thought his college career... only knack on him is that he is bit slow..... else he would be Top 10 pick... He has tendency to let the critics get to him and affect his play so it will be key to mentor him right and give him the shield and confidence by putting him position to succeed ..... if he coaches can get him believe in himself we will have monster safety but he can easily be the wasted pick... so this is another boom or bust pick but RAJ GM putting immense faith and pressure on his coaching staff. Grade B- (he can be A or D post training camp)

1-28 MCX Dr.Omalu, TE He will be steal of the draft.... he is small school ... no exposure kid but he has all the tools and is gifted athlete who with time has potential to become TOP 5 TE in the league....great pick and he will be in position to succeed soon.... Grade B+

1-29 SPX A.Jay, FS He is speed demon... not only he has fast 1st step.. he can continue the pace for length of the field... he will be matchup nightmare for opponents .....he is bit fragile so need to hit the gym and build a bit for grueling NFL but he will make people wonder with his speed.... Grade B

1-30 SJX R.Baldwin, OT. He is high character... couch potato.. massive OL with ability to be Rock.... he will not be leader of that OL as that is not his trait nor he cares... he is your non flashy rock who will come and protect your QB and open lanes for your RB.... Grade B

1-31 RAJ R.Neville, CB He was coverage monster in college ...... and was pegged to be high pick at one time but his off field issues combined with his lack of speed and cocky attitude has kept most teams away from him..... so it was surprise to see Rajwadi making him 1st round pick.. as honestly he would have made more sense in 2nd round...... Mystical GM of Rajwadi feels that given right coaches and players around him he can be same monster he was in college.... but he is kid with high emotion and we wanted to show him that we believe in him to make him first rounder .... good thought but we have heard this before so while good luck to Rajwadi .. he is risky and bit of reach ... Grade C+

1-32 RAJ W.Smith, C He is local FL kid from small program at FAU....he has rose quickly based on his limited stats and great combine..... but he has been battled attitude issue in college and has been bit of pre-Madona.... so if he can be put into his place and made to work hard he can be great leader of the OL but its another risky pick by RAJ..... Grade C+

Grade A

Post Training Camp - A+. He did worked hard to prove that he will be best DT in the draft.

1-14 SPX M.Manson, WR he is speedster who with good height and attribute to be great WR at next level but only knock on him is that he does not put his efforts to be the best... so if he get his head in right place and give all he got than he will be great else he will be speedster..... Grade B-

Grade B+

Post Training Camp - C+ he is good kid who put in his hard work but lack of size did affected his game at the next level... he will still be a good LB but will need bit more grooming and experience to adjust to NFL

Grade B+

Post Training Camp - B+ His progress is excepted and he will need bit more grooming but a good starting defensive player.

1-22 RAJ - D.Spooner, FS This kid is a football junkie.... and being at small school has allowed him chance to play pretty much every position not he defense...... so while its good that he is jack of all trade... hope he will put his mind and focus on being master of one... if Raj coaches can get him focused and work on sharpening his skills than you will have one **** of the football player who can start for decade else you will have jack of all trade back up with great special team potential..... grade B

Post Training Camp - B ... he continue his non flashy but productive style and will need some mentoring but he will be starter in the league

Grade B+

Post Training Camp - B+. He was as advertise... he came and put his hard work to earn right to be starter in NFL for longtime.

Post Training Camp - He was paired with his new buddy Spooner and was given task to form the tandem who will rule open space for long time....

1-28 MCX Dr.Omalu, TE He will be steal of the draft.... he is small school ... no exposure kid but he has all the tools and is gifted athlete who with time has potential to become TOP 5 TE in the league....great pick and he will be in position to succeed soon.... Grade B+

Post Training Camp - A+ He was downright a great football player and probably one of the 3 good TE from the draft.

Grade B

Post Training camp - D He could not ever built the strength to be starting safety in NFL but still a good backup

1-30 SJX R.Baldwin, OT. He is high character... couch potato.. massive OL with ability to be Rock.... he will not be leader of that OL as that is not his trait nor he cares... he is your non flashy rock who will come and protect your QB and open lanes for your RB.... Grade B

Post Training Camp - B He continued his hard working style let the game talk... he will be day 1 starter and will be good contributor to the team for decade.

Grade C+

Training Camp - F His college game and his cocky attitude did not translated into him being a good player... he came to camp with high emotion but never put any efforts and just wanted to live off his talent.... he could not even put a game together to be the backup .... he will be released and hope he rebuild his career in other league.

Grade C+

Training Camp - C- His lack of competition and his pre-Madona attitude at the start of the camp did not helped his cause ... but he woke up in time to save his career and be the backup for life.....

Well this was my personal view and analysis .... but love toe hear from each of you on your analysis on your player

Again I am not commish so not well spoken or well respected like him but here is my contribution to keep our league active
