the last undefeated team was defeated. the Street Urchins turn the ball over deep in their own territory on their first two possessions and RB Left Lane Jones turns them both into TDs to help the Strongbows put this one away early

MLB William Wilson intercepts a QB Jaxson Bowers pass midway through the final quarter and the Revolution are able to convert it into a game winning TD to defeat the Trident

the Dire Wolves shut out the Kraken in Quebec to take control of the Canada division in a yawnfest that featured 22 punts. this is the first time they have led their division after 6 games. the Kraken have now lost three straight after starting 3-0

the Power win on the road in a tough match vs the Prizefighters. K Terry Mendoza redeems his missed game winner with a 44 yard FG as time expires in OT......a critical win for Calgary in the game of the week

the Rodeo take a surprising 6 - 0 lead into the fourth quarter but are unable to hold on as the Bayhawks continue to soar with 5 straight victories. QB Ross Fords first career start did not produce a win but the change at QB seems to be an obvious improvement....Houston had 8 first downs from the air, a season high for them. the Rodeos best chance to avoid a 0-16 season comes in week 11 when they host the Tide. 5 of their last 6 games will be played in Houston

the Lions last gasp drive falls 19 yards shy after the Tornadoes force four fumbles to defeat Lagos. Lions RB Sherrif Thompson injures his knee and is expected to miss up to four games

CB Mick Reynolds forces two fumbles and recovers one as the Deities shut out the Choppers and take control of the Africa division

the Guazues defense holds San Jose to just 88 yards to return to the win column with a shut out. QB Brandon Watts throws 3 picks to become the first QB in ULRO history to reach 100........next closest is QB Craig Vines with 70. Bushmasters legend CB Rudolph Drayton has stopped cooperating with the press. all questions are met with his favorite recipes and movie synapses

QB Nathan Frank is just short of having a perfect game and the Gauchos earn their ULRO leading 53th win in franchise history at home versus the 86ers. Frank is leading the league in QB rating by a large margin. he also leads the league in completion percentage and TDs (tie, Cutting). he has yet to throw an interception and stands alone as the early MVP candidate

the Butchers dominate the Spires 35 - 7. WR Paco Keys adds two TDs for an all time league leading 32. WR Dead Sea Floater is just behind him with 31

the Sharks keep the Manta Rays scoreless in Brisbane to improve to 2-4

the Zippers have 204 rush yards in a win over the Pirates. they are sxith in the league in rush yards with 116.8 per game

the Macaws gain 477 yards from scrimmage to earn their first victory with an emphatic stomping of the Stars in the beatdown of the week. RB Boogie Barker goes nuclear with 265 yards and 2 TDs on 36 touches. this is more than likely an all time record for yards from scrimmage in a game. the Macaws become one of 4 teams to only punt once in a game in the history of the league

the Tide win their first game despite RB Richard Bransons 3 fumbles to earn the upset of the week and give the Golden Eagles their second straight loss. WR Benjamin Penticost tallies 2 fumbles of his own and the two teams combine for 6 fumbles total

the Owls fail to ride the momentum of last weeks victory over Lagos and lose to a walk off field goal from Heroes K Jeffrey White. Ulaanbaatar is now 4-1-1 for their best record in franchise history after 6 games

the league is now 70 regular season games old. franchises with the best all time record thus far are

1. Gauchos 53-17
2. Zippers 49-20-1
3. Owls 45-24-1
4. Stampede 45-25
4. Butchers 45-25
6. Power 44-26
6. Stars 44-26

Not a big deal, and we are currently heading in the wrong direction, but the Owls are 45-24-1 in the regular season.
