Great camp for Manila.
1-23
John Carlo Alvarez
Boomed solid on 44 vol and the safe 270+ lb TE is locked in as an 80+ star in a TE room that had regularly fielded 60s.
3-22
Donald Gregory
Complete boom with 100 vol. He'll max all his blue bars. With 88 speed at 244 lbs, no one is beating him in a foot race. The only question is at which position he'll start because he can star everywhere but D line.

Cedric Lynch RT
There was some debate while drafting if he was truly the right choice because he only was 50-60 vol. While set at run block it was conceivable that with a low boom he still might struggle to get his pass block up. He laid those questions to rest with a 12/7 boom that should max his pass block over time. Smart and strong enough in the low 80s his speed is what sold him as a bonus deserving pick with 79. The second level should be very afraid when he's the one lead blocking.
4-15
Leonard Whitt
A light TE at 245 with suspect hands he needed a miracle boom to get a TE spot. It didn't happen. He boomed 3/4 but maxed his catching at 26. It won't matter much because the 85 speed weapon still has the explosiveness to transition to RB where he could be a star even with butterfingers.
4-22
Samual Davis
Another stone handed TE who boomed but not enough. Drafted at over 260 pounds he has the speed and movement skills to be a serious threat at RB. He's also a QBs dream when he stays in to block. He adds to a suddenly very crowded RB room.
5-6
Robert Ramos
A light FB originally with modest blocking skills he was tagged from the start to play RB. He had a great booming camp and will also max his running skills. With 80 speed at 230 lbs he's more than capable. Unlike the other backs he'll catch anything within reach, what keep him from a receiving role is that he probably will forget the route and trip over any defender in the way. 3 straight high quality RB in a row makes for a very crowded running room that already featured Theodore Red.
5-14
Jeffrey Wright
With solid red bar skills across the board with a 93 strength highlight the promise was and to a lesser extent there. He boomed but not enough to max his blocking which both will likely only reach 70s. A good but not great player in a draft class loaded with great players.
5-22
Christopher Jones
A C with no snapping skills he was looking to establish himself elsewhere on the line. He had star potential but alas he was Manila's first bust. Star red bars but blocking limited to 40s.
5-23
Mark Smith
A 90 speed burner he was the only RB in the draft class that played the position in college. He was a project player but unfortunately fell flat as he busted. He can fly and pass block but has no skills otherwise.

I tried to move this pick in numerous trade package offers boy am I glad you all declined. I ended up drafting a slightly red bar limited 279 lb DE with 100 vol. Turns out those red bars were his only limits as he'll max his blue bars as a star. He's a bit slow footed, likely to end up with low 60s speed but his talent should more than make up for it as a LB. With 620 trade value and still a bit of room to grow he is a Tom Brady style diamond in the rough.
We went into the draft needing a TE desperately and filled that need quickly. We weren't overly into searching for a new running back after Red put together a solid season and Chaisson was a very capable backup but we live and die by BPA. As WR flew off the board early we took what the draft gave us. We'll now feature a 3 rookie 4 man RB group and Chaisson will move and feature his blinding speed route running and reliable hands at WR. I've never drafted 3 straight booming players intended for one position before.
Overall an outstanding draft for Manila with their only busts in late rounds and many starting level players. Though we didn't plug all our holes we plugged the biggest.
