There was only one trade that went down at the trade deadline this season. The Golden Eagles only had to give up a 5th and a 6th for their new starting QB. It looks like jouameng might have seen enough of his rookie QB Charles Brunswick struggling in his first season. The first year QB got replaced after his team went 1-6 he had just 3 TDs and 11 INTs. In the teams first game with Randall Cunningham IV under center the team tied the Bayhawks.

The Tel Aviv Kings remain the only undefeated team with a win over the Mountaineers this week. Despite having the 2nd best record in the league the Zippers currently find themselves in 2nd place in the division behind the Kings.

The Anchors beat the Manta Rays really bad in terms of yards for and against but after 2 fumbles and 2 missed FG the Anchors won in a one possession game. That makes 4 in a row for the Anchors putting them on top of the division.

The Tide beat the Kraken in the exchange of FGs giving the Kraken their 4th loss in a row. The Kraken are in a 4 way tie for the division lead with the Power, Dire Wolves, and Trident. All 4 teams have a .500 record sitting at 4-4.

The Dire Wolves won their game over the Butchers by an inch. With 1 minute left the Butchers scored a TD and needed the 2 point conversion to tie. They ran the ball for 2 yards and after going to replay they decided he was just short of the goal line.

The Bushmasters were hanging in with the Tornadoes till the 4th quarter when the Tornadoes put up 22 points. 14 of those points came from a sack fumble TD and a pick 6.

Philadelphia Revolution RB David Steinberg has been the best player half way through being the only player with over 1,000 total yards through the first 8 games. Unfortunately he suffered an ankle injury this week which could take him out for a couple of weeks.
