Havana Macaws vs Lagos Lions. where is the game being played? we wont know til its over!

on paper it does not look good for the Macaws, yet they enter as one point favorites. looking at the seasons stats, they are outmatched at seemingly every position. they did not have a 1000 yard rusher while the Lions had two who are both backups. they do not have a player with 5 TDs while the Lions have two with 8+. they will be missing their starting RG, and thier top two playmakers on defense have leg injuries while the Lions have zero injuries to report - a completely healthy team which is something i dont beelieve i have ever seen before

however, we know all this means nothing. when there is just one game to play for all the marbles, nothing that has happened before matters. on the day of the big game, the result will be determined by which team wants it the most

however, i like the Lions chances in this one. it is the Lions 4th Ultimate Showdown appearance in the last 5 seasons. RB Lawrence Knowles is on a war path after missing much of 2093. so far in the post season he has rushed for 435 yards in 2 games with an average of 6.6 per rush and as mentioned before the team is 100% healthy. the 2093 season is among the most dominate we have seen in Ultimate Legends RO

so it seems that the Lions have the clear edge, yet i would not be surprised if the game is decided by a special teams or defensive TD. Macaws RB Kristopher Bradshaw has an impressive kick return average of 34 yards and is able to take it to the house. they have not had a defensive TD in 2093, perhaps it is time
