just realized 86ers cap dilemma. they do not have the cap space to sign their 13 draft picks in upcoming draft

I thought you (league admin) could waive dead cap.. that alone would clear up a little over 30m for this season. I might have miss read that somewhere so I am not really sure.
yes admins can waive cap. it is a tricky thing to grasp........but after all thought what is best for the league is to have all teams accounted for
we are back to 32!
free agency seems to be dominated by allocation draft players in their last years. which of them will contribute to a winning team? more than one i guess
draft class seemed kinda weak at first glance.....especially for RBs.....but there are certainly quality players to be had. ive been tinkering with position changes recently and have found success..........Macho Banjoko was drafted as a TE at 1.24 in 2075 and has saved the Lions from a rebuild
please recommend any worthy players to be bronzed if noted. i hadnt yet had the chance to review all of the retirees
