this league is the only i have administered and i am still learning things. recently, a new button showed up. maybe it was there before and i didnt notice......i doubt it. anyway, it is a "clear dead cap" button. every team has one. i couldnt find a reason to use it before, but i am going to now for the Rodeo and whoever the new owner is going to be
