no game recaps this week .........but here are some observations
the Bushmasters have won nine games for the first time in franchise history and have landed in my power ranking for the very first time after handing the Golden Eagles their third consecutive loss. outstanding work, Piechowskia. remember when Mexico City started 9-0? they arent in my top 8 anymore. wild
the Sharks avoid a winless season by defeating the Macaws. there are now three one win teams and they all have their first round pick in this coming draft. i forget which week the draft class is revealed but that is always fun. anyone know? wouldnt it be nice if we could start building our list as soon as we saw the talent?
speaking of draft talent....last years first overall pick RB B.A. Baracus has had a rough rookie season. he has been injured 3 times, has had just 80 carries on the season and his Guazues are now 2 - 10 after dropping their last seven. insiders expect Rosario to add some muscle to the offensive front during the offseason. tough breaks this year, jhoseph
the Manta Rays have won two straight and are in the thick of the Old World wild card hunt. it would be the first playoff appearance for them. good luck, pronfl51
the Kraken look like they will repeat as Canada division champs after five wins in a row, but its the Canada division so who knows
the Anchors take the helm in the Oceania division after a stellar defense of their home turf versus the Prizefighters
the Stampede are on a roll with seven straight wins and are the first team to have clinched a playoff spot. the Africa division is rough, man. i was happy to put them at the top of my power rankings ;)
i hope no one was sleeping on the Zippers or the Owls
the Golden Eagles, 86ers, and Prizefigthers all have had the best record in the league during the last three weeks and now neither of them lead their division. fun times
another great season. thank you all for participating and making this league terrific
i quit updating the proximity cups.....they were too much to keep up with
Rajwadi may be seeing biggest meltdown or growing pains... we were heading for division and now will have to sneak into playoff as wildcard .... Zippers are on the biggest upswing...
We are going to make some changes and try to win next game to save the hope
