With the announcement today that all Leagues will switch to the new 0.4.6 Sim Engine at the end of the current season, I think it's appropriate to share what is known about changes to gameplay.
The Leagues I admin - Legends, Victory and the roster only Franchise Football have all been using the new 4.6 for a few seasons. This is due to changes in the code for blocking - that therefore effects every play in the game. |

thank you for sharing. any thoughts on which of the changes will effect RO leagues the most?
each conference will add another wild card spot if i am not mistaken. i believe there will still be 16 games

Gameplay looks a bit different and you need to pay more attention to secondary attributes. Speed is still vital to success but secondary attributes are much more relevant - in particular blocking attributes. 7 teams per conference for the playoffs. As far as I know it is still a 16 week season as that has not changed so far. |
