Regarding the trade concerns that were raised, I’ve reviewed the situation and I’m not going to reverse the trade in question or any of the other trades that have been brought up.
I understand the argument that Rajwadi has consistently gotten very good long-term value by trading aging players while they still have value in exchange for draft picks. However, I don’t consider that taking advantage of another owner or a violation of the rules. It’s a legitimate strategy that any team in the league can use.
My standard as admin is not going to be whether I think one team got the better end of a trade. If two owners understand what they’re trading and agree to the deal, I’m going to let them make their own decisions. I would only intervene if there were evidence of collusion or an owner being taken advantage of because they didn’t understand the deal.
I know not everyone will agree with that standard, but I want to be consistent with it for every team in the league. If someone has found a strategy that works, the answer is for the rest of us to adapt and compete with it—not for me to prevent them from using it.
I also want to make clear that disagreements over trades are completely fine. Keep debating the moves and trying to prove each other wrong. Just keep it about the game and leave the personal attacks out of it.
I agree Jake you did not made the offer but point I made is that team make trades to get the player of their choice and pay that price if they really feel it’s worth.

At the risk of wading in here…
As a new owner in this league trading is one of the only ways to affect your team year-over-year. Your team is in cap **** so you can’t participate in the top end of FA, when you hit in the draft it takes at least 2 seasons for the player to reach their potential, and since trading leaves the bonus behind the player you receive is typically at <50% cost.
There’s a mental aspect to it too. The trades I made last year got me more engaged with the league and invested in my team.
That’s all to say I appreciate a softer touch when it comes to oversight of trades.

I am a bit late to this, as I didn't think this would come so far. But I am not one for reversing trades, like it's been said before nobody forces anyone to accept a trade. Unless it is a predatory trade to someone with a brand new account that is new to the game, I don't see it as an issue. While in my experience it is hkman718b initiating the trade, he can't force anyone to accept it.
If you check his trades he has accumulated a stash of picks, some of those offers he sent to me. But I didn't accept any of them since I thought they were a lose/win trade for me. So he is not only targeting certain people. Plus it's not like he is dominating the league with championship after championship b y doing this. He has been doing this for a while and only recently winning 1 championship. While Awest and Frank have had more success than him.
I am also not sure why only hkman718 is being called out, I will admit that the trade that started this all was in his favor (in my opinion). But it's not just hkman718, I have also received unfavorable trades of some sort (again in my opinion) from other people. And while it is mainly hkman718, it shouldn't matter if you make 1 or 20.
But I DECLINE them all. As in my opinion an OL (especially an older one) is never worth worth a 1-3 round pick. A 30+ year old WR/CB sooner on the decline than his prime is never worth a 1-2 round pick. Sending a 2nd rounder for multiple 4-6 round picks is not worth it. But I have received some form of those type of offers from a few people before at some point. But I decline them since in MY opinion it isn't worth even discussing those type of offers. Fully knowing that if i were to check the trade history I'd see someone else accept some iteration of that offer. But the again I have never won a championship so maybe what MY values on these are wrong.
Trades do make the league more exciting, and more invested in your team. No one KNOWINGLY accepts a lose/win trade. It's just either their lack of knowledge, or different value on certain positions/picks. But this isn't the NFL, a 30 year old will not reenter his prime and stay good for another 5+ years. A bust 60 ovr player won't suddenly become a superstar. I'd bet that 99% of the time what you see is what you get in MFN. So as long as the people in the trade think it's a win/win trade I don't see a problem with it.
And if you think a trade isn't fair. Nothing is stopping you from reaching out to the person you think got fleeced and explaining to them your opinion on what you think is good value for what they sent, or giving some tips on trades in general. Especially if they are new. So that they don't make the same mistake and end up helping your rivals.
