1 Tornadoes have won 23 in a row and have the #1 offense and #1 defense. They have 2 great wins over the Rajwadi and Trident.
2 Rajwadi started out slow with losses to the Tornadoes and Heroes but have since won 7 in a row including a 31-0 route of the Lions.
3 Trident have 2 good losses to the Tornadoes and Lions where they kept it very close and have beat everyone else.
4 Armada has one OT loss to the Praetorians and beat everyone else including the Lions. They are coming off a 4 win season but have a new owner.
5 Heroes just lost their owner but they are 7-2 with a great win over the Rajwadi.
6 Lions have had a lot of trouble replacing Maxwell Ritter. Pass ****** finally got his chance after 10 seasons as a backup and was underwhelming so Frank turned to Brett Coe who turned out not to be the answer. This season the Lions spent 9 million of bonus per year to bring in Puente who has been terrible 2TDs to 12 INTs. So they picked up Lepage a year 16 former 7th round pick who has one career start to hopefully put a band aid on the QB situation. I still give them the 6th spot because we all know what the Lions can do with good QB play.
7 Butchers just lost to the Trident and have looked just fine but they are coming off a 12-4 season unlike my next 2 teams.
8 Revolution are coming off a 5 win season. They have had some bad games this season as well but they have a great run game and are averaging over 5 sacks a game. DE Dale Belcher looks just ok on paper and last season he had 4 sacks in 16 starts. This season he inexplicably has 20 sacks in 9 starts.
9 Golden Eagles. I extended it to 9 this time because I felt it a disservice to leave an 8-1 team off the list. Coming off a 2-14 season JJfix did a great job navigating the off-season for them and now they have a new owner Steezus who has only been in MFN for 2 weeks. They have played one game against a team with a winning record and were beat easily by the Revolution.
Week 10 nothing changes as all the top teams do what they are supposed to. Heroes took a loss but it was respectable. They were tied with the Tornadoes 3-3 at halftime.
1 Tornadoes 2 Rajwadi 3 Trident 4 Armada 5 Heroes 6 Lions 7 Butchers 8 Revolution 9 Golden Eagles
Week 11 power rankings stay the same. The Tornadoes barely escaped a loss to the Revolution. I considered moving the Revolution up for forcing overtime but everyone else won.
1 Tornadoes 2 Rajwadi 3 Trident 4 Armada 5 Heroes 6 Lions 7 Butchers 8 Revolution 9 Golden Eagles
Week 13 last week the Pirates ended the Tornadoes win streak. Possibly the longest win streak in Ultimate Legends history. Heroes fall out of the top 8 after losing their owner and 3 of their last 4 games. Golden Eagles showed me more in a close loss to the Trident than any of the games they've won. So they are officially in my top 8.
1 Tornadoes 2 Rajwadi 3 Trident 4 Armada 5 Lions 6 Butchers 7 Revolution 8 Golden Eagles
1 Tornadoes 2 Rajwadi 3 Trident 4 Armada 5 Lions 6 Butchers 7 Revolution 8 Golden Eagles
Playoff scenarios
The USA division is a 3 way tie. For the Bobcats it's simple win against the Tornadoes backups and you win the division. The Butchers and Revolution play each other. Whoever wins will need a Bobcats loss. All 3 make the playoffs it's just for bragging rights and home field advantage.
The Nanooks are in with the 7th seed no matter what. They have wins over the Bayhawks and Bushmasters.
The Lions have won the Africa division the past 7 years but the Stampede will have an opportunity to take that title from them this week as they play each other for the title.
The Prizefighters need a win over the Heroes and they are in. The Manta Rays and Anchors play each other. If the Prizefighters slip up the winner of that game wins the division. The 2 teams who lose the division also miss out on the playoffs.
