anyone else seeing "Remaining Cap Room" numbers fluctuate when changing between players contract offer screen? e.g. after i enter "Offer Contract" i may see a number that reads -800,000 or whatever but then i "offer Contract" to another player and the "Remaining Cap Room" reads 3000000. this is after offers have been submitted
