We are back to meaningful games again. For some teams like the Bushmasters, Spires, Mountaineers, and Prizefighters it has been since about this time last season where that was the case. We can't tell too much about how good or bad teams are after just 1 week, but it sure is nice to get off to a good start.

The biggest news of week 1 that I see is the Bushmasters have started the season with a win and have a 3 game regular season winning streak. The Prizefighters are 2-13 in their last 15 games both wins were against the Manta Rays week 16 and week 1. The Mountaineers got off to a good start with a win over the pirates. The Spires may have lost but only by 3 to the league champs.

A lot can change in one offseason especially in the 2nd season where we have a lot of young rosters that are now much more developed than in season 1. Hopefully nobody has to use the excuse of their roster being too young and inexperienced anymore.
