The understanding around the league is that Rajwadi has accumulated many high talent but low character players. There's something to be said about the culture in the locker room!

Rajwadi owner and GM “ I just want say sorry to Rajwadi Army ( our fans) to let you down last 3 season with roller coaster ride of trying something new to fail completely…making fix in rush which sparked our team to wildcard last year to fail on face again this year…..this is not acceptable and we have to hold everyone accountable for it our players, our coaches and myself too…..we have had talk with our head coach and staff where we all collectively decide it’s time to make long term change to put Rajwadi back on track….we are now meeting with each of our players to share same message and decide who is on the track…..give us season of improvement but our goal is to make our Rajwadi force it has been in no time …….So Army let’s march forward and attack “

Rajwadi make the moves to change the guards for future…..Ernesto was removed from Head coach role and replaced by local college young mind Jordan Noel as the coach in charge to march Rajwadi forward.


Hkman - Owner & GM “We want to thank Ernesto for stepping into the head coach role when Archie decided to step down and guiding the development of the team….while record does not show we have make good progress…..plus in the process Ernesto lead us to playoff last season ….Rajwadi is lucky and happy to announce Jordan Noel ( current local college coach ) to take over to lead the Rajwadi to become elite team as we move forward. We are excited to keep our beloved college young mind in town to lead us in future …he will bring Josh Springer along with him to lead the offense and will promote Christian to take over the defense…..so lets celebrate this moment that will shape our bright future”

I'm sure Archie wishes he kept his lucrative position as the Butchers OC. Now he's coaching kickers for pennies.. SAD!

He does miss his wild days in Windy City but now he feel he has unfinished business with Rajwadi so he is trying to find a way to produce winner before retiring.
