decision was made to remove seineldin1982h as owner of the 86ers

decision was based on two factors:
1) did not display ability to remain competitive
2) accusing an owner of having multiple accounts. the following is text posted in league chat

"seineldin1982h : @awest827 is multiaccounting and have in so much leagues, no tanking, im training players, because im eliminated"

as admin i get no pleasure from making such decisions but believe doing so is best for the league. to the best of my memory this is first time i removed an owner

i have zero tolerance for accusations of cheating without evidence (slander)

after a brief investigation i have determined that awest827 does not use multiple accounts "in so much leagues" as seineldin1982h stated in league chat

Just to clarify I don't have multiple accounts. Hopefully nobody else ever thought that. I didn't see any reason to respond to it earlier but I figured I should clarify
