As far as I can tell everyone can send a contract to a player and even a coach where they can see how much money each team is sending to the player/coach which really benefits someone who wants the player more where all they have to do is send more money to that player/coach and they get the player/coach over some one else.

What I would like to change is the matter where people can see the money/years that someone else has sent to that player/coach.

That way it would LEVEL the playing field in that you would have to send the money and the years you think would get the player or the coach instead of just looking at what one team sends and try to outbid them.

No one sees other teams offers. They are blind bids. The only way you see an offer is if the player doesnt sign. You will either see you have the high bid or not AND other teams bids. You can then adjust your bid accordingly.

I like the system as it stands right now because everyone can offer equal base salaries to start. And then you can adjust from there bonus money, etc.

Coaches are different as they are year to year .. Head Coaches excluded.
