Nice. "Hey guys, I know I quit your league, but I run a different league I want you to join". What a tool.

I'm going to preface this by saying I am just as guilty of doing this last week.

League recruitment should only be posted in the matchmaker thread; not on individual league forum boards.

For the record, when I did mine it was in a RO league (which I had a team) recruiting for another RO league.

I have been and honored to get a PM from another player asking me to join a league. To be honest, that may actually get you some recruits even more.

Posting in league forums is fine imo as some people may not actually be looking to join a league, but they're willing to help a friend out if they see a post about it. League forums should be for league members to discuss whatever, and telling league mates about open spots in your other league qualifies.

When someone not in the league does it, it's like butting into a conversation you're not a part of, and trying to steer the conversation towards you.
